Why accounts get locked
BDG Win locks accounts for three main reasons: too many failed login attempts, an OTP that expired before you used it, or logging in from a new device or IP that the system doesn't recognise. The third one catches people off guard — you're on the same phone but switched from WiFi to mobile data and suddenly nothing works.
Step 1: Try the OTP reset first
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the mobile number linked to your account. The OTP usually arrives in under 60 seconds. If it doesn't:
- Check you have signal — obvious, but worth confirming
- Wait 2 minutes and request again (the system blocks rapid re-requests)
- Switch from WiFi to mobile data before requesting
Step 2: IP lock fix
If you're getting an "access denied" or "suspicious login" error rather than a password error, it's almost certainly an IP block. Switch networks — mobile hotspot, different WiFi — and try again. This clears it in 90% of cases without contacting support.
Step 3: Contact live support
If neither of the above works, open the app and use the in-app live chat. Don't use Telegram for account recovery — only the in-app chat has access to your account verification system. Have your registered mobile number ready.
One thing to know: support will never ask for your password. If anyone asks for it, hang up and report it.
